Installation and Operation Condition
1.  The equipment should be placed on stable location and kept 10 cm away from apyrous objects, don’t put anything in from of it for safe operation, the bottom should be apyrous objects.(such as stone flat)
2.  The user should install Primary Disconnecting Device and leakage protection whose off-contact is over 3mm in fixed power switch before using. The other object cannot be put around the switch for safe operation.
3.  The voltage of power should be the same as the one on nameplate of the unit, the difference cannot beyond ±10%.
4.  The earth wire in the unit (the yellow and green wire) which is leaded out with power wire should be connected with earth wire (which is) measured up safely in power line unfailingly.
5.  The equipotential grounded circuit is set in the backside of the unit. The copper wire is not less than 2.5mm2 can be used for connection with earth wire which is measured up safely.
6.  If the mains cord broken, it must be replaced by Model “YCW” or “YZW” oil-proof cable with yellow and green earth wire which is the same specification as the broken one .
7.  All the electricity connection and installation should be done by qualified electrician.
8.  This equipment is not equipped to be used by unwell, unresponsive or mentally disturbed people, including children, unless under the guidance or help of persons who are responsible for their security. Keep an eye on children and keep them away from playing around the equipment.

Warning
A  It is strictly forbidden to connect the earth wire with water pipe, gas pipe, central heating pipe and so on, or else it will cause security accidents.
B  The temperature of the unit is increasing while it is working , it is forbidden to touch and should be kept far away from children.
C  When the unit is working, the temperature of glass is very high. It’s forbidden to spill any water to the glass in case the glass gets broken.
D  If the glass is broken, it is beyond warranty services.

Operation and Functions

1、3--- Indicator lamp: to indicate the heating of bottom and top
2、4--- Thermostat: to control the temperature
5---Floodlight switch: to control the floodlight inside
6---Temperature instrument: to show the temperature of chamber

1. Turn on the power ( press the power button), the power light is on, then turn the setting knob which is on the control panel clockwise to point the required temperature, the heating light (yellow)is on, indicating heating elements begin to work, when it reaches the required temperature. The thermostat cuts off the power automatically and the yellow light is off, the heating element stop working. When inside temperature lower than required temperature, the thermostat will connect the power automatically, and the yellow light is on, the heating elements work again. In this cycle, the temperature can be kept in setting range.
Cautions: To avoid serious danger caused by accidentally wrong reset of the heating breaker, don’t supply power to the equipment with an exterior device of switch, like timers, nor connect it to a circuit which is connected or cut off regularly by universal parts.

2. Set the temperature between 150℃ and 500℃, it’s suggested between 250℃ and 300℃, the temperature of up-fire and down-fire in each deck is controlled separately, and the temperature of chamber will be indicated directly by temperature instrument. You can control the rotating temperature and time according to different food, press the floodlight switch and watch the process through the glass window.

3. Before rotating, keep heating the chamber for 10 minutes to heating-balance when the temperature of chamber reaches the setting one.

4. After finishing working, turn the setting knob anti-clockwise to limitative location. Turn off the power for safety.
Warning: Do not put any tinder (such as towel) on the unit to avoid fire alarm.

Cleaning and maintenance
1. In case the function of the equipment is damaged and possible accident caused, don’t water the machine directly or put it into water for cleaning.
2. Finish working everyday, clean the surface of equipment and wire by using wet towel with non-corrosive detergent.
Warning
A Don’t clean it by using steam cleaner.
B In order to avoid fire alarm, please cut off the power and shut off the gas valve before cleaning and maintenance.

Trouble and treatment
