Installation Location and Notes
(1) The range should be located in stable place with good facilities of air and kept away over 10cm from the wall. The exhaust hood should be installed over the fryer.
(2) The gas should the same as the indication of the name plate
(3) Connect the special gas rubber hose with the LG gas cylinder. The cylinder regulator must be in low pressure. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE MIDDLE OR HIGH PRESSURE REGULATOR.
(4) The distance between cylinder and the fryer should be more that 3 meters
(5) If you find any leakage, you should shut off the gas valve and open the window. It is forbidden to switch on or off the lighting or make any ignition.

Operation
(1)  Put the fresh plant oil into the container, the container should be slightly slide to the front. The lowest oil level should be at lease 30 mm higher than the container burner
(2)  Connecting the gas pipe and turn on LP gas valve, and check if any leakages.
(3)  Turn the mechanic thermostatic (refer to the attached drawings) counter clock-wise to set the required frying temperature. The setting range is 50℃-190℃(suggested:190℃)
(4)  Turn the extinct protection switch (refer to the attached drawing) and press it down and turn until hear “Pa”, the pilot is ignited. At the first operation, there is air inside the pipe, it cannot ignite the pilot at first, and you should ignite again and again until the pilot is lit. Then, turn the switch counter-clock wise, the gas will go through the switch and thermostatic to the burner, then it burns when meets the pilot. The flame will heat the oil container via the burning pipe and the oil reaches the frying temperature.
(5)  When the oil temperature reaches the setting, the mechanic thermostatic will shut off the valve automatically, the burner will be shut off. When the oil temperature is lower than the setting, the thermostatic will switch on the valve again, and the burner begins burning and increase the oil temperature to the setting. In this circulation, the oil temperature is kept in the setting range.
(6)  After operation, please press down the extinct switch and turn it clock-wise to switch off the pilot and burner. Then switch off the LP gas cylinder valve.
(7)  Replace with fresh plant oil to keep the oil quality.
