Installation Location and Notes
(1) The fryer should be put in the stable location and it should keep away at least 10cm from the wall in the rare board. The things cannot be put around equipment in order to operate easily.
(2) Don’t put the inflammables, such as towels on the fryer to prevent from the fire accidence.
(3) If you find the gas leakage, you should shut off the gas valve and open windows. Never make any ignitions and switch on or off the power.
(4) After application, the gas valve should be shut off.
Note: Don’t use the other kind of gas as fuel.
Operation
(1) Checking the piping to the LPG cylinder.
(2) Turning on the valve of cylinder and turning on the switch of the fryer and turning slowly counter clock-wise until “ding “ is heard. The switch is at the position of “ON” and observe if it is ignited from the hole. If the equipment stops operation for long time or it is used newly, it cannot be ignited in one time, as the pipeline is full of the air. You should try again according to this method until it is ignited.
(3) If switch of the equipment is turned 90 in angle, the fire is max. Turning again, the fire is gradually less.
(4) After finishing operation, you should turn the switch clock-wise until “ding” is heard, then turn off the valve of cylinder.
(5) If you want to take away the oil from the pan, you should wait until the oil temperature low to the normal and take out the frying basket, then you can take out the oil pan for cleaning.
